Protecting people has been at the heart of Tracy Krieger's career. As the founder of a safety consulting firm, she has spent nearly 17 years helping organizations create safer workplaces. Throughout that experience, one conviction remained constant: love people, and serve them well.

Her work taught her that protecting people goes beyond regulations and compliance. It requires compassion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of others.

Through her journey as a business owner, God began deepening her understanding of stewardship. She came to recognize that the responsibilities of running a business were not simply hers to manage independently, but opportunities to trust God and follow His direction.

This journey inspired Sovereign Seat, a 12-month devotional workbook for CEOs and executive leaders. Drawing from her professional experience and personal walk with Christ, Tracy shares the biblical foundation of stewardship and the importance of inviting God into every aspect of business.

“So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31 (ESV)

Throughout her journey, Tracy's desire has been to reflect God's love and faithfulness through her work, writing, and service to others. Every opportunity, every accomplishment, and every step of her journey is a testimony to His grace and provision. He deserves the glory.
